  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s-style)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 9 slider buns
  • 9 slices mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)
  • For the topping:
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  3. Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place bottom halves in the dish.
  4. Spread buffalo chicken evenly over the buns.
  5. Layer cheese on top and add dressing if using.
  6. Place top buns on the sliders.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder, then brush over the tops.
  8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  10. Slice and serve warm.

  • You can substitute mozzarella with cheddar or pepper jack for a sharper flavor.
  • For extra sauciness, drizzle extra buffalo sauce before serving.
