- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce (halal-friendly)
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Optional garnish: green onions or sesame seeds
Instructions
- Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet or air fryer to medium-high heat. Cook salmon 6–8 minutes, turning until crispy and cooked through.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
- Toss cooked salmon gently with half of the bang bang sauce.
- Assemble bowls with rice, veggies, and salmon bites.
- Drizzle remaining sauce over the top and garnish if desired. Serve warm.

- For extra crispiness, finish the salmon in a hot pan or air fryer until edges are golden and crisp.
