- 600 g boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
- Optional: pinch of chili flakes
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Thread chicken evenly onto skewers.
- Grill over medium heat or cook on a grill pan, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Brush sauce over the hot chicken skewers or serve on the side for dipping.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers before using to prevent burning.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of chili flakes to the bang bang sauce or sprinkle on top.
- Cook until an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached for chicken.
- Leftover sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
