  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (gluten free)
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix (gluten free)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 68 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Place chuck roast directly into the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the roast.
  3. Place butter on top of the roast.
  4. Add pepperoncini peppers around and on top of the meat.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until the beef is fall-apart tender.
  6. Shred or slice the roast and stir into the juices before serving.
